We require 7 days advanced booking and payment for all parties. No parties are allowed in our dining area. Walk-in parties are not accepted.
Gifts, presents, and cakes are permitted with a paid party package reservation only. The dining area is not to be used for parties.
The birthday child is part of the total child count.
Our party rooms are accessible on the second floor, and we offer accommodations for guests with disabilities.

We kindly request that no external goodie bags be brought into our facility. Parties found in violation will be asked to conclude immediately. We appreciate your understanding, and no refunds will be provided. Goodie bags are available for purchase from us at just $3.29 each.
Party packages include a set number of adults. Extra adults may join for $5 each. This fee allows participation in the party, but they won't have jumping access or additional seating. Those unwilling to pay won't be allowed in the party room.

Thank you for choosing Bouncyland as your destination for fun and celebration! We truly appreciate the excitement and energy that families bring to our facility.
To ensure that every guest has the best possible experience, we want to clarify our policy regarding parties. At Bouncyland, we do not accommodate walk-in parties. All parties must be booked in advance and are held in our specially designed party rooms to provide a more personalized and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
READ BEFORE BOOKING
By booking a party at Bouncyland, you agree to all policies listed below. No exceptions will be made.
PARTY TIME
- Party room time is limited to your reserved slot
- Time will NOT be extended for late arrivals, waivers, or delays
WAIVERS
- All participants must have a completed waiver
- Waivers must be accurate and fully completed prior to participation
- Delays caused by incomplete waivers are the responsibility of the guest
FOOD & DRINK
- No outside food or drinks permitted
- No goodie bags permitted
- No drinks allowed on carpeted areas
- Violations may result in removal without refund
ATTRACTION RULES
- Age restrictions strictly enforced
- Wristbands DO NOT override attraction rules
- Unsafe behavior (jumping into others, rough play, etc.) is not permitted
CONDUCT
- All guests must follow staff instructions at all times
- Disrespect, disruption, or refusal to comply will result in removal
PAYMENTS / REFUNDS
- All sales are final
- No refunds for: Late arrivals, Policy violations, Removal due to non-compliance
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
- Bouncyland reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion
- Guests or groups with prior policy violations may be declined future service
ZERO TOLERANCE
- Failure to follow policies = immediate action
- Removal from facility may occur without refund
